In the past, we have produced and sold major chemical products used in pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical by-products, oil and gas field exploration and distribution, oil field drilling, papermaking chemicals, and wastewater processing and inorganic chemicals. All of our chemical products utilize bromine as a basic component.

We are currently constructing our new chemical facility in the Bohai Industrial Park. We have basically finished the civil construction and are currently beginning to install equipment. This process may be slightly delayed by shipping and energy issues in Shandong Province. Once these issues are resolved, the remainder of the equipment will be installed, test and then trial production will begin. When those two stages are complete, we will begin full commercial production.

Our new factory will focus on the production of higher margin pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical by-products.
