Bromine Manufacturing

We explore bromine and manufacture our bromine and crude salt products in four facilities in Shandong province through our subsidiary Shouguang City Hao Yuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (SCHC). We have three other facilities that have not yet received approval to reopen.

Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing

We have produced specialty chemical products for pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical by-products, oil and gas exploration, papermaking, and agricultural applications and pharmaceutical intermediates through our subsidiary Shouguang Yu Xin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (SYCI).

Our previous factories were closed for environmental reasons. We were invited to purchase a piece of land in the newly created Bohai Marine Industrial park. We constructed a new chemical factory with new equipment. The construction of the factory is now complete and equipment is being installed. We have been forced to temporarily delay the installation of some of the equipment because of supply chain and energy issues.

When the equipment is fully installed and the energy issue is resolved, we will provide investors with more complete information on this facility.
